Environment

The principle task of the ‘Environment’ administrative department is to advise the airport operator, Flughafen Hamburg GmbH, on all environmental issues. Furthermore it provides central representatives for the fields of water protection, waste management, hunting, bird strike, hazardous materials and radiation protection as well as environmental management.
