Logistics Initiative Hamburg

Logistics Initiative Hamburg provides a network within the logistics industry. Its sponsors are companies and institutions from the metropolitan region of Hamburg, who have joined forces to form Logistik-Initiative Hamburg e.V., and the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. With more than 400 member companies and institutions from industry, commerce, the service sector, research & development as well as a large number of public-sector institutions, it is the industry’s largest location marketing network in Germany. The objective of this public-private partnership is to enhance Hamburg’s role as a leading logistics centre in Northern Europe and to provide support to companies and institutions associated with the logistics industry. In this respect, Logistics Initiative Hamburg provides a wide range of services covering:
